Terms of Service
General
if you need your commission by a specific time, please let me know when you first contact me. I will determine if the time frame is possible, and there may be a convenience fee.
I have the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable.
payment will be made via paypal only. I will send you an invoice.
I ask you give me ~3-4 weeks to complete your commission from the time I start working on it (varies based on complexity and comm selection, and where you are in the queue). any delays will be made known to you ASAP.
if, for whatever reason, I cannot complete your commission, I will fully refund you.
Process
I will send WIPs of a sketch, linework, and pre-finalization (varying according to what is specifically bought).
please try to be as punctual with replies as possible; I understand life happens, but any delays in communication will delay my entire queue.
any significant edits must be made during the sketch; I can make minor changes past then, but no huge reworks, otherwise additional charges will be added.
partial refunds can be made during the sketch phase if you're unsatisfied. no refunds will be accepted past then.
the final work will be sent via google drive link or email--whichever works best for you, however I will default to google drive if there is no preference.
Use
your commission is totally fine for personal use--all I ask is that you credit my online handle.
sharing/posting your commission online is also fine! but, again, I ask that you credit my online handle.
you may not use resell my work or use it for commercial use.
you are not allowed to use any of my work in block-chain related technology, whether it be NFTs, cryptocurrency, or anything else related.
if you're unsure of anything, ask me! I'll let you know.
any references provided, whether they be stock photos or like poorly drawn MS paint sketches, will be much appreciated and I STRONGLY encourage it LOL (written descriptions do help but it's easier to visualize exactly what you want with images!)if you have any examples of my artwork whose style/brushes/etc. you want me to use, send it!! it'll help a lot for getting what you want specifically ♡if there's something you're looking for that isn't listed in these categories, just dm me your specifics and I can give you a quote

canvas sizes will roughly be in the 3000-5000px range and at 300dpi; if you need a resolution, let me know
